You can download binary version of gstreamer# and bind it with Banshee.GstreamerSharp. But! There is a problem with the original libbanshee.dll and you have to compile your own. If you have a working copy of any GNU/Linux distribution, use MinGW to build it because you need a lot of 3rd party libraries and manipulating with libraries is under Linux a lot of easier.
